Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 48Tunes. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use 48Tunes.

The service

48Tunes provides music discovery, playback, playlists, listener accounts, playback device sync, Soundboard, 48Speak, plans, wallet, billing, and related features.

Features may change, pause, or be removed over time as the service is improved or maintained.

Accounts and sign-in

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• If you use an external sign-in provider, your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms and policies.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use 48Tunes for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass access limits, security controls, playback restrictions, payment systems, or technical protections.
• Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform catalog content unless you have permission.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content that violates another person's rights.

Downloads and livestream use

• Downloading songs, extracting audio files, recording tracks from playback, or otherwise saving 48Tunes music outside the service is not allowed.
• You may use 48Tunes music in your livestream as background or stream audio on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and other platforms, including while using the free plan.
• This livestream permission applies only to music played through the 48Tunes service. It does not allow you to redistribute tracks, upload music-only videos, sell the music, or make downloadable copies.

Music, media, and intellectual property

The 48Tunes service, design, software, branding, and catalog materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Unless otherwise stated, 48Tunes grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for lawful listening and related personal use.

You may not copy, download, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit music, artwork, or other service content except as allowed by the service or by the rights owner.

User content

You may create or provide content such as playlists, names, profile settings, uploaded assets, and support messages. You are responsible for the content you provide.

You keep any rights you have in your content, but you grant 48Tunes permission to host, process, display, transmit, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service.

Plans, wallet, and payments

Paid features, plans, wallet balances, top-ups, or other purchases are shown in the service when available. Prices, limits, and features may change.

Payments are processed through supported payment providers. Refunds are handled according to the payment terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Wallet balances or service credits have no cash value unless required by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to 48Tunes if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, use the support contact below.

Disclaimers

48Tunes is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 48Tunes and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required.

Your continued use of 48Tunes after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
